After updating today I can no longer scan tickets on my phones I get the error that Scanner is no supported on my phone. It was working fine yesterday.

Suddenly since recent update I get an error message that the scanner is not supported on my device? I have an iPhone 11 and never had a problem so now the app is pretty useless for me in this version. Pls fix. Thank you !

When it works it’s a good app, but that’s rarely the case. Most days it’s slow and the scanner doesn’t work. Why don’t you test all functions before putting it in production? Coding 101

Makes absolutely no sense why you released an update that caused this app to be non-functional! It was working perfectly fine until I updated it. Since the update, I am not able to scan tickets to check them or to enter them in the second chance drawing. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

The new version of this app is garbage. The ticket scanner no longer works at all. Previously it was just slow but now it’s useless. Get a clue NJ Lottery!!

Scanner does not work at all, says scanner not supported on this device, which I’ve had for 2 years and worked yesterday! FIX IT ASAP!! Also the scratch off do not show up either
