Just downloaded the app. I wanted to watch an ad to download a keyboard. Its not working for me. It keeps on telling me that ads can't be loaded at this time. What do I do!!!?

This app is amazing. I love creating and using the keyboards. There is just one problem when you say stuff like ikr it usually auto corrects you maybe fix that otherwise the app is awesome.

I had to make this stupid keyboard without watching ads BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WIFI IN MY OWN HOME ugh rainbow key is so annoying WHY can't I make a keyboard without issues UUUUUUUGH can't a girl make a sick keyboard without issues I GUESS NOT and this is why rainbow key is getting on my nerves ???

First of all I've been using this App for years and I really love It even dough It has many issues, like the fact than sometimes when I'm changing to my regular keyboard through the simbol ? It automatically returns me to ? keyboard and ... two months ago (I guess It was in a moment when i was rushing at work ) I imagine by mistake I pressed the wrong bottom and now I've been charged with $20 A MONTH (twice) ‼️ Which honestly I think is way too much??‍♀️ So , now I need to cancel and get my money back , I also wrote to Itunes and haven't received any response.
