Great App But Crashes A Lot

Please fix the frequent crashing. Seems to happen when backing out of areas (back button) and when adding new people to follow. Also can you add notification controls to this app (so you can set up each contact with the frequency of updating you want)?

Sometimes works, most of the time it doesn't. Won't let me log in. I like it when it works, I can stay in touch with my school mates. Please fix the bugs!
Never works - Extremely Slow

The university I attend uses this product and it is the worst type of social media attempt in history. It constantly has errors, always stuck, and probably one of the slowest systems since dial up AOL. Pulse does nothing to try to make it better. It's been 1.5 years now using this for school and so many students are disappointed and in fact miss out on connecting with other students across the country because of this poorly managed program.
