Handy feature is scanning the network subnet your device is on. It seems to collect reverse dns as well as UPNP or LLMNR (Rendezvous/Bonjour) names for devices during the scan too.

I use this all the time show my friends at work and there houses.its a supper fast scan , more then others I've seen from the other ones. Scan-clean and free network or kid on laptop in next room. Then bed. Needed up address from a install of hardware at work and they would not tell us, we almost had to call there company and security then I remembered the app. Smiled tapped my friend on th shoulder and showed him my info. Contract or not our network :)

If you don't know why you would need this app, you don't need it. If you do need it, you will find it fast, efficient, and easy to use. Occasionally I have seen the wrong name associated with a network node - I suspect a failure to clear a cache. But a restart fixed that.

I read that this lite app would show your network channels and their usage. But apparently not. No use to me so I am deleting it.

Scans the network I am connected to and shows me Name/IP and MAC. This is helpful in 99% of the time when you troubleshoot network issues

Let's me know at a glance who and what is connected. I'm OCD about stuff like this, and Net Analyzer really helps!
