Crashes on AppleTV

Installed and reinstalled the app several times to try to keep it from crashing on AppleTV. Even deleted a bunch of apps in case of space. it just starts the intro song then shuts down. Went to app page to try to contact developer for help but apparently can’t contact through App Store. So here I am. I liked the reviews and seems like a good idea. Just no way to keep it from crashing

I took my 3 year old son to a nice restaurant for a family event. I was nervous he would get antsy, tired or bored and make a scene, forcing us to leave early. This app kept him quietly enthralled and amused through desert and coffee! He didn't even need help navigating the content (a lot of which he recognized and was thrilled to discover)! I was thrilled that half the time, he was reading digital books. He was learning while playing. This app is priceless! Parents, take back your social lives with NetKids!!!
