Seriously...this app is a stain on the company name. Totally useless app.

Can’t check in even though all locations are open

Maybe the time zone in the app is not setting itself to the current location? Locations are open at 10 am, but says I can’t check in at 10:35am.

Same issue as other reviewers....only seems to have a small handful of locations. Doesn’t have mine or any near me.

The entire country map only shows three locations in New Mexico. Worthless for anyone anywhere else.

This app is pretty useless. I checked the wait times for the location I usually go to it said there was no waiting time. I went ahead and checked in. When I got there less than five minutes later, there were three patients ahead of me. What's the point of checking in?there doesn't seem to be any advantage and the information provided is misleading about wait times. So far, the only useful thing I found is it does let me know which doctor is in that day.

The main problem with this app is it relies on someone at the location to care enough to properly update it. It's either not online or really far behind. Either way it'll cost you way too much time.

Sorry but this app really is useless. The two locations I have used do not honor these wait times and they are often inaccurate wait times to begin with. I was actually told today by the staff that wait times don't start until you get to the office and it is still first come first served, basically they use the app to figure out when they need to be available...
