Crashing every single time.

I cant get packs here cause the app is crashing when u click a card pack. Also, this app has been completely abandoned. If neonmob staff cared just a little bit more... it's been a year since i left this review and no reply yet. I recommended the site for a few friends, but it feels useless... mobile phones are the way to grow... give it a better shot.

Opened app and it kicked me out of my account. When I try to log in back via FB it just won’t log me back in.

I’ve used digital collecting apps made by Topps, Quidd, Panini, Puppy/Kitten Cards, and Discovery, so this is my 6th company, and I like their model the best. I get plenty of opportunity to collect for free, but there’s also the temptation to buy more coins to get more cards. It’s a nice balance. The trading has worked well, although recently the app on my phone has stopped showing them, even though I get notifications, but I can complete them on the website version. Most other companies don’t have a website version of the app, so that’s another advantage.

Great collecting game! You can make friends/trading buddies! If you have an issue just email them and they will fix your account/answer questions in 24 hours or less!!!!
Keeps crashing on bad tech support

I love NeonMob, but I have to give it a bad score on the app because it keeps crashing and it has been dice one year now. I can’t believe anyone couldn’t figure it out. At first I though I was the only one but now I know 2 other friends (Both apple users if that helps) who stopped using it because the app kept crashing over and over again, I can’t imagine how many people are loosing interest in it because of this error. There isn’t even a way to send info about the crash either and as soon as an image loads on the app it kicks me out again. If it’s an immediate crash or a timebomb I fully know it has happened to the other 2 only persons I know using the app.
From buggy to broken

With the two most recent updates, my app went from working fine, to working, but having to relog in every time, to not working at all. I don't use the website from my desktop anymore so this disappointing. I'm on an iPad mini.

It’s good but new update keeps making it crash upon opening it. I can’t open my card packs.

Great and creative app! It fills that collectivist itch of mine while being free or very light on the wallet. It worked fine for awhile, but now I can’t even get into the app to do anything. Will change to 5 stars if this gets fixed

Today I opened it and it tried to force me to update but there’s no update in the Apple store. So now I can’t use it at all. It closes itself every time I open it.
