Where is my sound

This app keeps taking away my sound when I import a video to it and I want to save it. What’s the point! Then you want to have a subscription! Issa no!

When I opened the app a thing came up so I could purchase stuff like most apps do. I went to click the “X” so I could start using the app and there was no “X” so I was stuck on that screen. I tried to leave the app and go back in but it wasn’t working. Please fix this!?
I wish I could buy the app instead of paying $5 a week

What happened to just buying the app... this subscription stuff is why our generation can’t save any money.. I get it u need to make money too.. but if I’m not getting free items every week or a least a shout-out on instagram .. we don’t pay that much for Netflix( 12 a month) and ur getting over hundreds of movies.. not worth it

Note when you open the app that the $4.99 you’re paying isn’t a one time fee (it’s weekly). I deleted the app after a couple days when I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for, and apparently deleting the app didn’t unsubscribe me. I’ve been paying $5 a week for 4 months ?
