One of if not THE BEST Apple Arcade Games

I’ve never done a written review for an app but this game was just so good I had to spread the word about it. First off if you’re getting this app because you wanna get a high action game then this is not the game for you, this game is mainly featured on the story and how you can make choices that can have an impact on the ultimate conclusion/ending of the game. It took me about 2-4 hours (I wasn’t keeping track). And also features a great amount of design in the characters. Along with the characters being really well designed they also all participate in the overarching story that lets you become attached to the characters themselves. Overall this game gets a 9/10 the only reason it’s not a 10/10 is because there’s not a sequel or season two. I could go on about the story but it’s 11:00 and I am to tired but if you’re looking for a good story game then this game is perfect and I would highly recommend it to you!

Boring

creamyalmondz

I absolutely LOVE the concept of this game and the graphics are beautiful, but the storyline got boring quickly and I lost interest. The characters speak and nothing they say make any sense. I get its taking place in the future and I really wanted to love this game, but I just couldn’t do it.

What an adventure!

I took a change based on the artwork. I wasn’t looking for any game like this and found it while aimlessly browsing. I was surely rewarded for that moment of whimsy. First of all, it looks like a chill game and while the mood is absolutely lofi, I found myself immersed and obsessed with the story line very quickly. I played for 3 hours on my first pickup. This isn’t for someone looking for action, but if you enjoyed gameplay like Leisure Suit Larry where the conversations you have are a large part of the game, this is for you. Your choices will impact how it progresses, it seems. You can choose how and if Lina grows as a character or not. I’m excited to play this again to see what different results I come up with.

Emotional, hits home for me

This one hit home for me on a very deep level. I mean- aside from the amazing graphics and story, I was blown away at how it made me walk through those same emotions I’ve felt so many times before, betrayal, being left abandoned, manipulated used and lied to, I mean seriously it felt good to walk through those with Lina and watch her stand up for herself against a liar and a psychopath who completely betrayed her. It was huge. That feeling I felt all over again- the one that happens when things don’t work out the way we always expect them to or even hope to. Sometimes we let people burn us to ash so that we in the end learn about what we’re really made of. This did just that, reminded me of what betrayal feels like all over again and how in the end we only come out of it stronger.

sharp art and gameplay, but disappointing story.

spoilers herein I enjoyed the game but it felt like there were too many holes overall. After finding Savy in the container, I felt completely betrayed and was just angered with what she was telling me, and the fact that her emotional state was green made me feel like she didn’t really mean anything she was saying and was acting emotionally manipulative. But the game forces you to give up fighting and go along with her plan, which ends up being foiled anyway and they both run out of town with their tails between their legs, besties forever… and that’s the end. like what? Lots of decisions throughout the game that were held back because of emotional state, I just felt limited and like I was on rails in terms of the storyline.

Beautifully made game!

This game is next level amazing. So we’ll written and an amazingly detailed art style. For a game where you’re driving a car 90% of the time, you really feel immersed in the world, to the point I played it in one sitting. You just don’t want to look away. It gives such a beautiful homage to humanity and the times/ways/places you get a real look at it. It’s like a detective story almost, but doing so while working a job where you see the sides of people they don’t often show, in such a realistic way that adds to the story. The replay ability is out of this world. Even as I was playing it, I’d go back and replay the previous scenes. At the end I replayed to see all of the final scene options. It’s rare to find games where you instantly want to play again to see what would have happened had you done something differently. My only issues with this game was the dialogue. I’m a very fast reader but the text barely gave you a chance to read it. It helped that you were able to go and load back from previous spots, but careful, once you’re so far in it starts deleting the oldest ones. So you might want to delete ones you don’t care about if you want to go replay early scenes. The other problem is the sometimes inability to choose the dialogue you want to go with. You’re able to influence that by your mood, tho. So you can restart a scene and try to be in a different mood, but sometimes it’s hard to avoid. Other than those two things, this game is 1000000% worth playing. Such a great experience. I played it all in one sitting I just couldn’t get enough. Definitely recommend.

i enjoyed it as much as i could have. some of the choices felt fake, as if they result would be the same either way. i loved how they talked about gaslighting and the horrors of verbal abuse but hated the way they skipped over The Big Moment at the end. i was never out of my car.

First Playthrough

Really caught me by surprise. Definitely has reply value. Fire sounds. Interesting thought provoking conversations.
