Welcome to NDDOT’s mobile Travel Information (511) App – ND Roads. The App is intended for use by mobile devices to view information that is relevant to the traveling public. The App allows you to access this information in both a map and text view. For a quick overview of the road conditions within North Dakota select one of the pre-determined map/text views for information that you are interested in. Advanced options will allow users to add/remove map layers, save Favorites, identify features, and select Common Routes. Please note that the ND Roads App is not to be used while driving.

I have been waiting for this app for years and what a relief it is to have it before this winter driving season arrives. Runs just as we'll and fully featured as the desktop version of the ND Road Report website and map service. My co-pilot can look at road conditions and I can know what to expect before I get there. Look forward to more features in the future. Well done NDDOT developers!

If you just zoom in and tap the road you want to know condition for, press the more info button ( > ) and it will tell you what you what the colors mean.
