Not worth what you are charging

I feel like I have to work as hard as the players on the ice to keep the feed going. Have to constantly close and reload as the feed goes back to a point in the first period throughout the game for no reason. Not what I expect for a $100 subscription.
Over 100 Duplicate Notifications

I know the games have ended. I don’t need over 100 duplicate notifications to tell me that. The notifications keep coming even with notifications for the app turned off. I like the information in the app but can’t give a higher rating because the number of notifications are very irritating. Please fix the notifications overload.

If you won’t be watching every game live be prepared to wait until the game is over if you want to watch it all. You can’t start from the beginning. I hope you also have very tight tunnel vision because by the time you can watch it they will post a huge graphic showing the final score in the “social media” box, which you can’t turn off. The app also won’t stream reliably from my iPad to my Google Chromecast when Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and other apps do so without issue. I hope you like Error Code pop-ups!

The video keeps losing the feed and frequently I have to reconnect. It would be nice if it could cast to my TV like more up to date video apps.

I have always had issues with the app. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and have always had issues. This season it takes about 10 clicks on the live game feed for it to actually play the game. The first 9 or so attempts it tries to play a previously recorded video or freezes up. When the game does play it is often glitchy or blurry. It’s an awesome concept and I still somewhat enjoy it but for the money I pay for my subscription I wish it worked better.

This app is awful. I can’t open it on my iPad. Glad I have a student at the game to give me updates.

After updating to version 2.0.6 all it does is show the NCHC logo with a spinning wheel.
