The APP that waste your time

This APP is a joke. Don’t bother. Always fails when it is time to purchase your tickets and it always says it is your “check your card I info before trying again”. They have serious issues here. Good idea but execution is a joke.

With the new update, I can’t get past the login screen. It continuously just says “Can’t connect to server”.
Still needs some polish, but MUCH better.

The new update is horrible it doesn’t let you do anything and it doesn’t show all the movies that are coming out!

First review of an app I have ever done. This new update is AWFUL! Didn’t remember any of my original info (had to create a new account) and I also can’t choose the date we want to go since it jumps from March 5th to March 19th. Please fix this

My family and I used the NCG app ALL the time, but since this new upgrade, of whatever you want to call it, we absolutely HATE it!! We can’t look at availability past 2 days, we can hardly figure anything out, and we will not be using it anymore, at least not until it’s decent. We’re very disappointed in this app! Please put it back the way it was!! It’s awful!!
It’s a SCAM

You create an account in the usual fashion. You know the drill, enter email address, re-enter email address, enter and re-enter a password. Then it pops up a message that you must respond to an email sent to you to activate your account. The problem is that no email is sent to you. It isn’t in the inbox, junk, trash, or spam folders. My email address is good for over 20 years. If you try to sign in to the app it says account not active. If you try to recreate the account it says that the account is already created. There is no option to resend another link. Even resetting the password option says the account isn’t activated. So they now have a list of email addresses and passwords for sale and the user has nothing except wasted time. Even if it is legitimate and it is just an error, there isn’t any way to start over.
