Love having my insurance card available instead of trying to find it in a panic! Best insurance in NC!!!
Just needs to be able to support Touch ID,pay for insurance in the app and see review due dates.
Does not show you all your policies. Worse can’t even open it real quick to see what my payment is going to be. Pointless app really..
Does everything I want it to. Has Face ID and force touch even. Needs to be updated for IOS 12. 12 broke it.
app was awesome and worked like it should till iso 12 now it will not allow me to make a payment.
Disappointed Do not like this app very much as you cannot lookup your polices like you use be able to. It looks like Farm Bureaus in others states all allow you to look at your policies except for NC. Please update your app so we can easily see our policies and declarations in both home and auto. Will not allow me to make payments through the App since my last update. Please fix!
I got excited to see the NCFB app. Installed. Now every time I login it crashes.
You can look up payment history, make payments, and look up vehicle VIN numbers. But you cannot review your policy contracts, which would be very helpful in a disaster. Also, flood insurance info is nowhere to be seen.
