This app has been very helpful for me as I work with my Nissan customers for helping find and deliver the right vehicle for them! I now have it on my phone and iPad.

Buggy Slow and time consuming

The NCAR app is supposed to make it easier for delivery. The app freezes constantly. Videos do not play correctly then you have to log out and then back in again. Owners Portal registration causes errors when signing up a customer. Most customers find it much easier for the salesperson to do a complete delivery. They prefer an in person demonstration not a video. The time it takes to login in and enter customer information is atrocious. To me Nissan got sold on an incomplete time consuming app.

App does not work when its suppose to will not let you pick wireless carriers will not let customer initial for cleanliness Therefore you can’t complete the process.

Many sales people who do not understand how to use this application properly may not like the NCAR 2.0 application, but that is because they are not knowledgeable enough nor do they want to spend the time with the customer to ensure that the new owner understands everything about their new vehicle. This application provides everything in a very unique way so that when the customer leaves they feel they have had a great experience.


Delivery Specialist - NCAR Freezes time to time

I have had a handful of times where I had the NCAR app freeze on me during a delivery. The delivery process needs to be more of a smooth transition and less frustrating tool. In all honesty it makes Nissan look bad when the customer can’t sign off the cleanliness of a delivery or simply check off a box in the app.

The app works. It's buggy and takes up too much space. It is also ridiculous that the app doesn't update; you have to download a new app. Not well thought out from start to finish.

This app is always having issues. It’s slow and buggy and freezes up on the regular. It’s a requirement from Nissan and you get penalized if you don’t use it, yet when you try to use it you can’t even get to the end of the delivery to complete it and you STILL get penalized. If you’re going to force us to use this app with EVERY new car sale then at least hold up your end and make sure it actually works. The idea is good, the execution is not even close.
