The app is a bit to personalized now. Please could NBC4I use NBC Universal for there app developer please. Would it be possible to have a text alert system.

The app is okay, not great. There are many articles that are filled with computer coding between the paragraphs of text. It is annoying and distracting to the article. Also, when I search LOCAL news, I frequently see articles from around the country, and outside of the country...far from local. The user interface is simple to use, and it’s a lot less annoying now that the sponsor’s add pops up only at the start of the app. There are numerous opportunities for improvement, but for a basic new app, it’s okay.
Not able to watch videos/ no support

I have emailed the app support multiple times and have not received any answers. I have to watch an ad before I can watch a news video but the news portion never plays. Ever. Please fix
Intrusive, too-frequent advertisements

Before I can access anything, I am confronted with an ad. Also, self-starting ads with motion and audio are too distracting. Maybe you should advertise this app as “Plenty of ads with some news”.

Not sure why but it was working perfectly up until about 2 weeks ago. Then the weather won’t load and now it won’t open at all. Please fix.

This app doesn’t support videos anymore. I keep watching the SAME spectrum ad over and over again & the video doesn’t play. The app was only designed for ads only. I already hate time cable as my cable provider. I don’t need to see them in ur freaking app or at least have the news video after the ad plays.
