Nice app

This app is very nice. Adjust to local news and weather when I go to the lake. Also keeps me up to date with local news.
Fast but heavy
Ohio all my life
Pros: Good app. Fast to the point and well updated. Cons: Heavy on sports news. Football only and centered around Ohio STATE. I don't classify OSU football updates as a news alert, but this app apparently does. But maybe that's just a central Ohio thing.
Just what I need

Do not like new format

I only get one article in the window on an iPhone 4S. There used to be at least 4 or 5 in a list, now the picture takes up 2/3 of the screen and the article header the rest. With the ads on the bottom, the banner and the menu on top, it uses barely half the screen for the story list. We have ads on the bottom, now we get full screen ads too. They started interspersing ads in with the articles a while back along with the bottom. I hated that, now it is useless. I rarely use it anymore. Also when you scroll down and go to click on a news article, all of a sudden then ad pops up in its place. Very poorly done all around. Go back to the same style you used to have about a year or so ago.
Would like to see video of weather forecast

As far as I can tell, there's no weather forecast video and the weather section of the app uses Weather Underground's forecast. I already have the WU app, so the weather section is redundant. News section is ok, but not sure I will keep the app without access to video of my local weathermen-I mean, does Weather Underground even know about "the ridge"???
New Wx app

Will delete this app. No map layers. No satellite view. No way to set postal location - it doesn't work. I want to look at Wx only, don't care about Columbus news. Old app worked very well. This was giant step backwards.
