Crowded content and confusing to use

The app is confusing to use for new users. The only way to know how things work might be if you have been using the app for a while. Still, it is so confusing and not intuitive. It has so many navigations and sub-navigations on different sections. I wonder if they have ever test this before releasing. Other apps make it better than this.

The app is ok but never gives out any alerts on scores and news updates on my teams it would work for one day and not do anything the next please either update or fix this app no sports fan should go through this.
No Widget

I like the app and would give it 5 stars but it is missing one key feature. If they would add a widget to allow me to see upcoming games and current game scores it would be the only sports app I would need. Unfortunately I still have the competitors app installed because they have this very useful feature. I’ll give NBC time to see if they add it. If the option to have a widget isn’t added I’ll eventually remove it and stick with the one I hate.

Would you like to watch highlights of sporting events you missed or would like to enjoy again? Tough bananas. This app doesn't do that.

App was absolutely useless. Never could find the events I wanted to see. More coverage of athletes that were not from the USA.
