I watch NBC news/weather because I feel they are reliable & usually on point with the weather forecast. And now the app gives me the 411 whenever I need it & u can watch live if I choose to. I also appreciate the notifications I get regarding stormy weather, amber alert, etc.

As cyclist I use the app to time when to ride or in deciding whether to ride or not. Helps me to choose clothing as well. Knowing the wind direction and speed is helpful, too.

The app is meeting my needs. I got the App primarily for weather. I have location services set for this APP So I am able to forecasts local to my town. The radar is good, allowing me to zoom in. In addition to weather, I have used the App to follow local sports team. The news portion of the App is also good, but so far I haven’t spent a lot of time on the news portion of the site. So far, I find the App easy to use with no problems. I am giving the App a four star rating because I have only used the App for a few days. Added later. I have been using this app for 5 to 6 weeks now. It is easy to use. I continue to be able to get localized forecasts, and can follow my favorite sports teams. I can quickly get an idea of local news and have recently added a couple of notifications. The only downside is that I keep being asked for reviews when I have already reviewed.

I love being able to keep up with news from my home. I moved away a few years ago and always like to keep up with things happening in New York and this app is perfect. There are a few glitches from time to time but overall it is my link to New York.

I use it daily to check breaking news as I get the notifications. Plus, it’s great for checking out the forecast for the day as well as the 10 day. I recommend this app.
