Why is domination not allowing team to score

Chris Paul or cj McCollum get a wide open 3 ... broke Lebron gets a open lane layup... broke Deing gets a easy putback.. broke Can’t steal the ball but they can steal from us is this one way or what.. not to mention if the ball rolls on the rim it’s out of bounds ... And if They steal the ball and I get it back before they take off with it I get a back court violation also I e never shot a free throw ... what is up ????
