Very creative and addicting, one suggestion for now!

I’ve been playing this game for several months now. I have found it to be very enjoyable and strategic. It’s amazing how many people can be so good at this game. If I were to make a recommendation it would be, communication. Might I suggest that you have command chats in game for a few of the highest rated naval officers. Those commands can go to all the players of that one side. By limiting it to the higher rated admirals, it would not be a competitive on-slot of chatting during gameplay.

Latest upgrade

Pokerist was good this isnt

Update issues

Day 2 after the latest update and still cannot get game to launch. This seems to be the only app with this problem so don’t try the “its Apple’s fault” crap. Paid for Premium + daily gold bonus - that’s 80 gold so far that I’ve been CHEATED out of. In addition to steel, fuel, and upgrade waiting time for ships and facilities. Fix this! WHAT ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT??

Basicly another facebook phone game

Yea i was expecting more from this game the gameplay is reletivly decent similar to NF but having build times and premium currency a way to long tutorial basicly telling you if you have gold you dont have to wait for anything and go play with your new command center that gets you your new ships.? What was wrong with NFs method of having you actually play the game to get better ships? Why are so many new games alike and trying to beat each other and pay to win? Cant we just get that one game that stands out from the rest? Overall its an ok game it will probebly surpass NF2. #makenfgreatagain

Nostalgia is real

Needs to add a few things such as autocorrect on chat. And the ability to disable notifications in game. But solid start

Pay to Play after early game

Pros: Naval combat! Good Controls! Cons: in-game Economy makes this a Pay to Play game after a while. As a former NavyField PC player, I was happy to see a port onto iOS. Controls have an easy enough learning curve and the battles are a blast. Downside is that they didn't look into balancing the in game economy to keep the community going long term. You need to spend large amounts of "Steel" (in-game currency) to advance your base, unlock ships, and repair ships after battles. The problem is that your resource generator and the standard pvp battles don't create enough "Steel" to allow you to advance or even keep your ships in action. This is partially mitigated by the challenges and campaign, but unless you are paying for premium ($20/month to double the pve rewards) it isn't enough to make up the difference. Also, replays of a challenge or campaign mission do not provide any resources. So once you run out of pve content the game just takes up space on your device. Steel income needs to be dramatically increased for this game to survive long term.

Avoid this grind fest

The game started out promising but recent changes to certain mechanics have killed the single player experience. Multi-player is decent but the experience reward is laughable. It will take months and months to advance even slightly unless they seriously buff the exp gain rate from online pvp. PvE was great for leveling until they stealth nerfed the smoke screen consumable. It's essentially impossible to advance at a decent rate now.

So Nostalgic

This game brings back wonderful memories of a game on PC from years ago about ship to ship fighting with the greatest super powers of WW2.

Great with a chance to be Excellent

To preface I was a huge fan of the original Navy Field on the PC. This app is a really good call to that. Unfortunately add in some of the micro transactions and timer-based base building and take away some of the awesome customization options in the PC version. Controls are a really nice adaptation from a keyboard and mouse to a mobile platform. I am really excited to see what you all can add in.
