Epic Fail on another app update yet again

Updated to the 2.4 version - and it's yet another epic fail. Every update since Garmin took over yields an inoperable app on either my iPhone or my iPad. Once updated, I get to the "Map Manager" screen - which is totally blank. Just a background. No options, no ability to do anything but restart the app. Deinstalling and reinstalling (from iTunes or over Wifi) gives the same result - a completely inoperable and unusable application.

I need a way to share my custom routes

I use this app for pre-planned rides on my motorcycle. I have several routes saved. I need the ability to export them to another device (like my iPad or a friends iPhone) and be able to import saved routes from them.

Route planning??

Totally confused with route planning. Trying to creat custom route by adding 'destinations', but the problem is it treats it like a destination. So I now have all these checkered flags between my start point and final end point. I'm struggling with how to add it as waypoints and have it navigate based on those. Am I doing something wrong?

No Customer Service

I used this app for a long time then it wouldn't work and when I tried to use it I was told to contact customer service. There are NO telephone numbers for customer service and e mails were ignored. I paid for this program and am now unable to use it. The major technical problem was that it would tell me to turn right to go south when right was north and vice versa. Sometimes the voice and the map were very different. I learned to glance at the map before obeying verbal instructions.

New iOS 7 version poor in landscape mode

The new iOS 7 version looks nice and works well in portrait mode, but in landscape mode it wastes too much space on thick horizontal status and info bars, leaving too little space for the crucial map display. That's a surprising problem to insert suddenly into a mature product, and it's got to change.

No connection between maps

I had navigon us east and now I purchase the central us and their routes don't connect , cannot map a route from Florida to Tennessee.

For those of us who spent a lot of money for the basic GPS plus upgrades, with the promise of lifetime map updates - fool me once, shame of you, fool me twice...no way! There are better options out there. Don't be deceived. Don't waste your money!

I already had the Navigon East for trips to Washington and now I had to go to Huston,Tx. The Navigon East App Store ad claimed a inapp purchase for Navigon Central for $14.99 but I couldn't download it except for the full price. I checked with Navigon Customer unService who said, "That ad isn't true and will fixed on the next update". No offer to make it right.The nav program is OK but no great. too clumsy tto while in downtown DC. Not recommended. These Nav programs need a simulated trial to see if its worth tthmoney .

The in-app purchases listed for this app will not be there after you downlaod the app, instead it will only list an option to purchase the entire North American Region for 49.99, not the East coast or West coast regions as advertised for 14.99 add-on's.. Reaching out to Apple will get you nowhere they just keep blaming the developer but their store is the store misleading and falsly advertisingthe app... Id say do not waste your money on these regional apps wehn you're gonna beforced to pay 49.99 if you eevr want to add another region....
