This app is extremely buggy and needs updating asap. University of Houston just switched to this app and I am extremely frustrated. It makes thing more precise yes, but the system we had before worked just as well with a better user interface.

Very buggy program, can’t use it without some type of problem with loading, glitching, or other response issues coming up.

Can’t schedule an advising appointment. The dates of the calendar turn white when you click the right button.

My first time reviewing an iPhone app ever and I’ve owned one for 10 years so that definitely says something about my frustration. User interface is that of 2009 not 2019 and it has more bugs than a Southside motel. I expect worlds more from an app that caters to academic institutions, unequivocally. I’m completely shocked that the University of Houston resorted to force us into this, I’ll be sure to email them my concern.

I am a double major however this only shows one of them and is attempting to offer insight into my post-education possibilities without taking into consideration literally HALF of the necessary data.

The app is very slow when opening up advising appointments and the arrow buttons have a horrible tendency to double click and skip two or three weeks on the calendar when trying to view next weeks advising appointments.

Very convenient app for college students and staff but needs to be optimized for iPhone X. Not fully functional because the options overlap clock, battery, and bottom bar icons.

I decided to download this upon reading that my university uses this and advised students to download. Upon opening the app, I was able to type in and successfully find my school, however, that is about it. Upon entering my credentials on the portal (which is the same login as the one outside of the app) it gave me a message saying “Sorry, our login failed. Please try again.” I gave it a few minutes, even a couple hours-still nothing. The same red alert comes up every time without fail. Please advise and fix this issue so I can access proper notifications and make for a better college experience.

Although I like the idea behind this app, it is almost useless. The app itself is so clunky and glitchy it is nearly impossible for me to use. In addition, this has been an issue for several months and has not been addressed yet.
