This map is great. Visiting family right now and I can't read korean well so they told me to get kakao map but I didn't like it. I tried naver and it's perfect and it is completely translated to English which is amazing!
App is frozen on the welcome intro

Just downloaded and the app is stuck on the new features introduction. Can’t dismiss it to get to the actual app.

Still not fixed.... If you log in to a Naver account, you can not accept the Terms of Service for Navigation. It never bypasses that screen. This happens even if you already accepted the Terms of Service while you were not logged in. Therefore you can not bookmark and navigate to places through the app. Navigation can only be used when logged-out of Naver account.
Can't sign up from a U.S. phone

I am visiting Korea from US. Google map doesn't work well here. On recommendation of Koreans, I just tried to sign up but it keeps complaining that "the country code of the phone number does not match the country information of your IP." Of course, it doesn't match because my phone is from U.S. and I am using WiFi in local hotel. Why should it matter?

오프라인 저장 기능이 없어졌다

자주 썼던 기능을 뺐기에 구글맵으로 이동감. 업데이트: 지도서비스 담당자님께: 댓글 써 주셔서 감사합니다. 진짜 신경쓰시는 것 같아서 별 하나도 드려요. 그러나 일반 지도도 원래 다운됐다는 말씀이었습니다.

네일베새끼들아 일좀해라. 제주제일중학교랑 제주방송통신중학교는 분명 같은건물을 사용중이다. 축소된 지도에서 제일중이 아니라 방통중이 먼저나오길래 학생수 1000명넘는 제일중을 표기해야할까 학생수 100도안되는 방통중을 표기해야할까 문의넣었더니 방통중을 선택하는 병신짓을 하고있으니 별점이 이따구로 나오지 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그냥 삭제하고 카카오맵 쓰자 kakaoMAP

When I log in with either Facebook or Line so I can save locations, the app locks up. Also when the app is in English and you go to settings and select help, having an entire FAQ in korean isn’t really helping. I’ve emailed support many times with no response. All this said, still better than Waze, KakaoMap, Apple Maps and T Map in Korea. I commend Naver for starting this project, I hope they recognize the problems and deal with them.
