Worst App ever

You cannot rewind the video, so if you miss something with only 30 seconds left, you must restart the entire video. Also the playlist constantly jumps back to previous videos. So you think you’re listening to the next video in line and suddenly realize it’s jumped back two videos. It’s annoying and frustrating.

The mobile app and the online computer app are not in synchronization. I’ve been on the computer app all week but I just got an email advising me NOT to forget to sign in
How to use app on my iPad?

The view is vertical on my iPad. How do I make it horizontal? I have a bluetooth keyboard on my iPad and I like the functionality of the app, but the app thinks my iPad is a iPhone.

Even after watching and completing weekly lessons it doesn’t log information but 85% of the time. I have to redo lessons and it still doesn’t check the complete task

I’m only half way through the 10 week program and I am already seeing great results. The videos are so helpful and the principles are awesome. The app features are great and the tools are so helpful in keeping me mindful. Recommend to anyone who has struggled! This is NOT a fad or a diet. This is real life!! Excellent!

When I expressed my difficulty in coordinating their recommendations with an existing blood sugar problem I got the unhelpful answer that unless I changed they couldn’t help me.

This has been the best weight loss program I have used! I agree that the videos cannot be paused, but other than that, the concepts are great, the teachers are exceptional, and although if I met them, they wouldn’t know me, I could go up to any one of them and say “Thank you” as a friend and their mentorship.

Since week 3, the videos do not stream. Audio plays, but I get nothing but still pictures. No way to report the bug through the app. It seems clear to me that this app was thrown together in a desperate attempt to make your victims seem like they are getting more for their money. The questions asked each week do not line up with real life. For example, I don’t use “Hunger Savers” (which are really snacks; stop insulting my intelligence), but I have to say I do because your answers don’t include an ‘N/A’ option.
