The free version used to work. It would download articles for offline reading. Now it flashes on the screen for a second and shuts down. I use it in an I phone6.
Great app, but gets one star because of the huge footprint the air Canada ad take at the foot. Too much geography and spoils an otherwise good app. Typical air Canada arrogance in advertising
Mobile gadgets have smaller screen the ads should be proportional. As it is it looks like the ads take a fifth of the screen, imagine a newspaper with such a larger ad in every page ... Too distracting. Better read news elsewhere . Removing the app when I finish writing this post
Although it appears to allow downloading of the paper for off-line reading it does not function properly. Emails to support go unanswered.
