I can’t watch any shows because I get a “Forbidden” message when trying to log into my TV provider. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve tried everything, uninstalling then reinstalling etc etc. FIX THE ISSUES NAT GEO.

I subscribe to a directv package that includes Nat Geo channel, yet this app is forbidding me access. You claim the channel is not included in my package. Frustrating!

Downloaded app and have been waiting for the famous circle to disappear and load content, which never happened for any show I try to play on my iPhone X. Forget about casting content, you never get to that privileged point. Wasted about 45 minutes of my life. App deleted.

It’s a good app but there’s to much going on. The effects for the app make it slow and difficult to navigate. I still haven’t found how to continue watching a series. I have to find the last episode as season every time. Picture quality is good so no complaints there but a little tweaking would be great.

First it wouldn’t take my email so I had to use a friends then once I signed into my tv provider I couldn’t watch anything it was all blocked off all around horrible app DO NOT GET!!!!!
Great programming...plus, the Nat Geo Journal has always been great!

I absolutely love it! I could sign in with my YouTube TV and watch all my favorite shows! The ads aren’t horribly long and they are different, I guess you could say: entertaining, ads. Good job!
