The app does not mention when an item is out of stock. I removed my entire bag at check out. It kept saying one or more items were no longer available. I ended up buying just one thing at the end

Seriously nothing over a size 8? I used to LOVE shopping on here and now now it seems like you don’t carry anything in size 12 anymore and the refining tool doesn’t even work to narrow it out in the dress section so the. I fall in love with something and hope for a 12 to be there.

Except for the fact that I just placed an order today (that I’m already obsessed with). Naturally, I just want to stare at my purchase and show all of my friends... except I can’t, because this new version of Nasty Gal does not have access to my order history.
Poor quality and bad customer service

I use to love Nastygal but ever since they switch management and suppliers I had bad experiences. I ordered from them when the switch first occurred. I had a bad experience. I still gave them a second try. My clothes were cheap thin material. The sizes were off. My products took forever to come. And it took even longer for my refund. I wouldn’t be as mad if the material was a better quality.
