I am not very knowledgeable about different biblical doctrines, but this is a good place to start to understand each verse in biblical and historical context.

I like it and use it in our weekly Bible study. Good commentary and a lot of add ones if you can afford them.

A true study bible. Notes and "extras" very thorough. Love the more literal NASB. MacArthur's exegesis is solid and clear. Slight learning curve in navigation, but that's to be expected. Helps inspire and encourage me to read the Bible.

Well worth the cost!! One of (if not) the best Bible apps out there. With 40+ yrs of MacArthur’s studies within our reach, and easy access to Strong’s and other concordances/commentaries, it brings a much deeper understanding of God’s Word and only serves to make me hunger to know it more. A little confusing initially how to use all the features, but fairly quickly learned. God Bless and thank you for serving in the ministry!

This is a great app I have the word of God, commentary, and word doc. all at my finger tips. It helps prepare me to teach Sunday school.
