This app was very well done and polished like all of the NASA apps. It isn't a thrill-a-minute shooter or anything like that, but if you are a science buff or even a little bit interested in space exploration and what NASA is up to I think it is well worth downloading. I am really enjoying it and have learned a few things in the process.

I like this app- I've learned a good bunch about the ler and all. The game is a little boring, but all games are a waste of time anyway (get outside!). When is the ler 2 going to come out? PS- I like the part where the ler is on the white house lawn :)

The two stars are for coming to iOS. As a game, it's extremely limited. All text is far too small and can't be resized. Audio plays at full volume (and can't be reduced during the intro) even when the phone switch is set to off. The red marker for the rover can hardly be seen on the map. In short, I hope the game is here only to demonstrate that they'll be developing for Apple devices, as it is far from being complete or satisfying. I sure hope my tax dollars aren't paying for junk like this.

I learned alot and that is what matters. Don't expect this game to be full of action, I don't think it was intended to be.

... Is what is has. But as for the game - should be 3D and first person perspective. I will be too old to participate in the first Mars mission, but if this app gets a single person to go for it, it's worth it.

Great problem solving informational game for young people! Give it a try, it's free!

This app was truly amazing when it launched. It still is, but it is not optimized for the Retina Display or anything! Two years without an update...

1. UPDATE! 2. Release LER II as it is two years too late according to the in-game screen... Or did Obama kill it...? 3. Release more virtual apps like this one. 4. STOP NEGLECTING THE SPACE PROGRAM!!!!
