Update fail

SiliconScorpion

I got this for Christmas and loved it then the update came out and now I have to reconnect my band every other day. And I have to sign in every time I want to check it. Why can't I just stay logged in? And the navigation on the app could be a little easier. Like trying to find where to set the alarm was tricky. Update it has been over 4 months since I wrote my review and still no changes. Though they did send me an email wanting me to buy the new watch Nabu. They need to spend less time on social media boasting about their products and fix the ones they have.

So far so good!

***** Update: Three days in- Having not owned the band before the update, I'm unsure of the cause, but my band doesn't even last 24 hours on a single charge. The silent alarm woke me up! The step counter and miles/km walked produces a similar result to my phone's built in pedometer. However, the time active is definitely wrong (yesterday I hiked three miles in fifteen minutes! I'm the new Usain Bolt!). The calories burned number is definitely wrong, it says I've already burned 600 today having done nothing at all. It seems like the calorie burned reading should be divided by 10. It seems to have trouble reconnected after it's been disconnected, and at times disconnects for no reason. Another feature I'd like to see: let me pick an RGB colour for the lights since each LED is RGB anyway, like my Kraken Chroma. ***** I've only used it for an hour or so with a nabu x but here's my findings thus far. highlights: -Using the iPhone "do not disturb" will prevent the band from notifying as well -customized lights and selection of five vibration patterns for different apps -fitness and sleep data can be shared with the health app -range is great, I can go to the washroom without it disconnecting cons: - some lag between the vibration and the lights but that might be on purpose? - when it disconnects it doesn't automatically reconnect features I'd like to see: -customized vibration patterns - Facebook messenger notifications separated from Facebook notifications - more tap interactions, like snoozing an alarm or ignoring a call All in all very big improvement from what I've read!

Even more Unusable.

Latest update won't even run. Crashes as soon as it starts. No other app crashes like this.

Nabu X Connectivity?

Skyblazing

App crashes when I try to look at the sleep logs in detail. Shows that no devices connected even though the Nabu X is clearly connected and does respond to notifications. Please fix. iPhone 5s by the way.

Good app, needs an update

TheGuardianJoey

Don't know if it's just me, but I recently bought a Razer Nabu and it has the options to customize your push notifications. However what it tells you to do to do this, no longer exists in iOS 10. Or at least I can't figure it out. It has you go to the Notification Center to customize which apps will send alerts to the band. As far as I can figure out, this layout was removed. Nabu app needs an update for iOS 10.

Had to delete band and app to get working.

mcdermr

I needed to delete the app and re-pair my Nabu X in order to fix my issue or the band constantly disappearing. No data was lost and everything has been working well for me since.

App crashing

Rodger-sp

The app will not open. During the set up process it will not get past the Apple health section in the app now will not stay open just keeps crashing. Without the app the razor Nabu watch is useless.

Won't pair

Heyhdjevsksgwkevsheggsvhs

The app won't pair with my smartband...I do everything it says.. choose the device , hold for 3 sec to connect then seconds later it says "can't find device" please fix !!!!

Watch won't sync

Toxiichunter

As soon as I updated the app my watch will no longer sync with the app, I have tried resetting the watch multiple times and it still won't sync, please update app again.

Friends like the Fitbit

CDFman

I give this 3 stars because you can't add friends and challenge them like you can with the Fitbit app even if you guys made another app that would be awesome jape if you do it let's me challenge friends that have a Fitbit and counting steps to see who has more
