USA locations are limited or incorrect

I really want to like this app, but the USA city/state locations are extremely limited or just plain wrong. These problems negatively impact the utility of the for USA users, unless you happen to live one of the cities that the developer got right. And, not everyone like to use military time (24hr clock). Give users another choice (12hr clock). Allow us a choice between 12hr clock and 24hr clock. Lastly, the reported weather is sometimes off by a few degrees when compared to other weather apps. Please fix this.

Information is clearly and beautifully presented. Many weather apps fall down by trying to be “too busy”. My Weather has mastered the art of calm. Great App. Thoroughly recommended.
