Works great on phone, works well on iPad now

I use the app with work for our tv tctNOW which works flawlessly on my phone with the most recent updates, however I cannot get the iPad version to work whatsoever lately. I had issues with a 2019 iPad as well as my new 2020 iPad Pro 11 inch. I can generate code from either fire stick, roku, or the app on phone aside from APMax to no avail. **Update 7/23/20** Can log in and watch tv but after about 10 minutes of show playing the app causes the entire iPad Pro 2020 to crash. Unlinked from account for now. **Update 10/6/20** Can log into app and the app restart program button works as does live tv. The skip back and forward buttons as well as pause tv also working. App will still crash entire iPad Pro 2020 however after 20 or so minutes. Video will begin to lock up iPad becomes unresponsive, even with no other background apps running.
