This is by far the best free workout app I’ve ever used! I suggest it to everybody, nice and easy to use, tons of exercises, great history of workouts with the calendar.

I love this app. I had been looking for something like it for a while & I stumbled upon it almost a year ago. I like how it’s like a Facebook for your fitness and health. It’s really good for motivation and helping you keep track of your progress.

This app has been great for someone who is just starting out weight training. It is easy to find the right exercises for the right muscle groups, and it shows you how to properly do the exercises.

I love this app! It is the bess weightlifting tracking app i have found and used. Very easy to use and keep track of what weight, sets,and reps you do of an exercise and what days. Only thing keeping it from being perfect is previously saved workouts dont save exactly what weight/set/reps you do. When you go to previously saved workouts to see it will hop you over to the workouts but will have the most recent/updated set/reps/weight rather than what was done that day. Other than that it is a great easy to use app! I love it!

I’ve downloaded this app to help me get a routine going on at the gym. I haven’t really planned out a routine yet but the work outs are helping me a lot. As few minor changes would be nice as in being able to talk with other users not just the trainers and also maybe unlocking a few of the work outs so we don’t just have to make our own. Other than that I really enjoy this app. ?????????????? go beast and get that swoll one The bearded grunt

I have been using this app for about 4 months now to keep track of my weight training. It has overall been easy to use/navigate. I love that you can change the rest time for certain workouts, and it actually tracks it and tells you “go!” when you should perform the next set. I really love the social network feed. Being able to see others complete a workout makes me more motivated! I also love that you can see what days you worked out on a calendar. There are a few minor things that keep this app from being perfect: 1) When you finish your training, the app loads all your workouts instead of only the ones you checked off(sometimes I don’t get to certain workouts in a set and the app makes me look like I performed them, even though I didn’t check them off) 2) Previous workouts are hard to access. It would be incredible if you could press a workout recorded on the calendar and it took you right to the workout for that day. Instead, you have to scroll down forever to get to a workout you did a month ago. 3) When you add new workouts, you have to scroll down then back up to see the “next” button rather than it just appearing. 4) It would be amazing if we could track our 1R strength progress in graph form for certain workouts. I currently have to graph it on my own computer at home. 5) There is no way to save workouts performed on previous days. Sometimes my phone runs out of battery or I lose service, so I can’t upload my workout when I did it. I wish that I could place a workout on some previous date. If these 5 things changed, it would be the perfect app! I would give 5 stars if even 1 or 2 of these things were improved on.
