I love the app, it’s user friendly and fast. I would like to start having a paper copy by mail, I keep forgetting to make the payment. A paper copy helps me to remember when my payment is due. I’m 55 and forgetful.

This app refuses to acknowledge my correct password and login . Reported . They acknowledged were getting similar complaints and they are passing on to IT

Every time I try to log in to my synchrony app I get an error message stating my login information is incorrect; and every month I have to reset my password. It’s not even recognizing my user name. I have all my login information in my Norton vault so this should not be happening! Please fix this issue! I’m about to cancel my card because this app has made it impossible to sign in and pay my bill!!

I can log into the website no problem, but the app doesn’t recognize any of my accounts. Their website is terrible and the app is terrible too. I hate using Synchrony

I can’t print or save my statements. I might as well delete the app and just use the website in Safari.
