Love it but frustrated

I love this app so much it really comes in handy for my job. I am very frustrated though because it keeps force closing even more so when doing the journal part every time I add a surgery to the journal it force closing. I also wish that you could edit the name of surgery because my phone likes to auto correct and I don't notice and then I have to delete the whole thing because there's no edit option for the name of procedure. Fix those things and I'd give this app 5 stars.

Started using this app almost two years ago and it’s been a life saver! I can save all my surgeries, surgeons, and preferences to look back on at anytime. Recently was having trouble resetting my password and I reached out to them on Facebook and they quickly helped me resolve my problem.

For whatever reason I can’t get this app to put on a continuous billing. First problem. Second can’t retrieve my prep cards again. I have an account. However every time I renew my account it sends my prep cards or clears them away. I would like to be able to open my previous account with all my information in it. Soo it is great if it works. However my experience has not been so. I would love to talk to someone about retrieving my information but with no phone number to call. Impossible. Carol Linenberger

Unable to access the app after paying the annual fee and unable to get anyone to answer when contacting support. I have 5 years of notes that I am unable to access. Avoid this product.
