Hello There’s issue I have recently is saying that service is unavailable I checked network and I don’t have any problem with it and everything in my phone seems work well except it please help I can’t re downloaded cuz I forgot the password.

So my friend downloaded this game a year or 2 ago and this was before I was interested in the game and stuff, so I let her use my phone when she wanted to use this app. After she moved I deleted the app because I wasn’t into it but then I bought a new phone, (I used the mirror feature and stuff to get all the games/progress that I already have) I didn’t have this game though so it wasn’t put on my new phone. I then forgot about the game because I’m forgetful and I just remembered it a few days ago. So I downloaded the game and it said “Server unavailable” so I pressed ‘confirm’, thinking it would just give me a new game or something, which is what I want. It just keeps me on a screen that says “Game data download” and “Checking for updates...” it doesn’t change and I can’t do anything? I really want to play this game so I was wondering if the developers have any advice. I’ve tried leaving and going back on the game and deleting and re-downloading the game but nothings working?! Please help me. Thank you if you do!

The game is great! The thing is that this morning it would NOT load and my friends and I missed a lot of the chats, as the game didn’t start working again until this afternoon. Also the hourglasses are a little expensive but that’s fine.

I was sketchy about this game mostly because I don't play dating games and or visual novels, but my best friend really wanted me to try it out and I was interested in the story as she would tell me little tidbits every now and then. I finally tried it out and I am hooked on it. Only problem I have is that every couple months the servers will be down for updates and you don't really get anything for missing the chat rooms or phone calls , which is kind of annoying, but it's still overall a great game.

Although this game does have some minor glitches here and there (which is normal, nothing is perfect and no one should expect it to be), the storyline is unique and honestly thrilling. Though it is mentally draining sometimes. I’ve played and beat this game multiple times and let me just say that once I play this game that’s all I focus on. You seriously do need free time in order to play this game. It will do things at night, and missing out sometimes can cost you the game. Though most of the time that won’t happen. Overall, this game makes me drained, but I love it so much and honestly I’m debating whether I should play again.

Nice story , I really enjoyed This game. But the operator seems so dumb. First of all the game crashed in the middle of my progress. I could not login to the game for long time and I had to deleted and reinstalled the game. Yet I found out that was just a update without any announcement. So I lost my progress and had to replay one more time. Moreover. To play the deep story normally u need 80 hourglasses to unlock it. However when I finished casual story and try to play the deep story it show I need 200 hourglasses to unlock it. This is ridiculous. If this is bug you need to fix it. If you changed the price without a single notice you definitely ruined this game. 5 stars for the game. 1star for the operator.
