Very promising but there's a glitch

So I don't know if there's been an update but there aren't any ads that I've seen yet and it's not asking me to leave a review to get a hint. There's a hint button but it takes me to an unrelated YouTube video of another escape game or maybe a different level of this game. I had to do a Google search to find the walk-through for this game.I needed help to get thru the first level but was able to finish the second level without using the walk-through. Unfortunately, I got to the end of the second level and the door opened but I can't get out. No amount of tapping will let me out of the room so I can't get to the next level. This is extremely frustrating! The walk-through doesn't show that you have to do anything special after unlocking the door.
