I really love this app and I hope you will try it.

This is clearly the most fun and uniquely engaging math practice app that I have used! Students practice math facts for addition, subtraction and multiplication while exploring mysterious houses within a town to rescue missing fireflies. Complete math problems in order to go from room to room! Use dice and tally marks to solve the problems. Each house must be completed before unlocking the next, and the difficulty increases with each house! Customize the skills and the level you want to work on, and you can also customize different levels for different players. The background music and graphics are wonderful! Love this app!

My 6 year old loves playing this app! I can tell he is really learning his addition. I love that I can set the game to do addition, subtraction, and/or multiplication. This will continue to be helpful for several years. The game itself is really cute, too. My son really enjoys exploring the houses and tapping on objects to see what they'll do.

What's the deal with this app! It loaded and nothing but shooting stars! First time with an app issue and my first time reporting a problem.

My 6 yr old is loving this game! He plays it daily, and I have seen great improvement in his addition and subtraction skills. There is also a logic component, which is awesome! 5 star game!

An Amazing and Engaging App

I am a special educator and have used this app with kids of all ages and abilities. As an educational technology consultant, I always tell people to look for apps that have settings to personalize for different users. Math Town and Math Museum allow for multiple users to practice specific skills at his or her level. Some students may need to focus on only adding, while other students need to practice mixed facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication). There is also the opportunity to apply subitizing skills with the dice and tally marks option. The way this app is designed encourages conceptual understanding of basic math facts because students have to create an equation given only the sum/difference/product. They have to problem solve - "Which numbers should I hold on to?" What number do I need to complete this equation?" and they start making connections between addition and subtraction. Highly recommend!

Worth the money - fabulous game

My son really loves the mystery/story adventure in this game. He was really motivated to earn the characters' paintings (far more motivated than he would be for standard sticker rewards in other apps). I'm a teacher and I love the way this game reinforces early algebraic thinking. I also appreciate that I can vary the difficulty.

Very happy with this app! I have a first grader and a third grader, and they BEG me to play this math game! It really holds their interest, and I love the fact that I can program it for two different players at two different skill levels. Highly recommend!

My son loves it. He's in 1st grade and very strong in math. We had to turn settings to hardest level with multiplication and division and most times when we are someplace like sitting at a restaurant waiting for our order, he specifically asks to play this game on my iPhone to continue the quest. He's a fan. Very absorbing for kids who enjoy math challenges as well as kids who need a lighter treatment of math to feel engaged (and not overwhelmed).
