Ads are frustrating as hell

Makes the game lose its enjoyment. watching a 30 sec ad is already longer than most apps require but then when it fail to give the reward it just makes you mad. It’s simple programing fix but they seem to not care. Plenty other options better than this.

For a free boost, which I don’t get. Twice the app froze, and the one time it didn’t, I did not see a free boost

I play the game daily and love it. I’m far in the game (800s) Last month I went to play and I was back to the beginning! All progress, money spent on tokens and and poster pieces were gone! I contacted the back office to let them know. I followed their directions on the site. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. Well, since I love the game, I decided to start playing again. This was a month ago and have yet to get a response. I played it today, a month after “lost progress “, and IT HAPPENED AGAIN!! I had just purchased coins. I had loads of poster pieces as well. I have, AGAIN, sent another message per the sites instructions. Please refund the money I lost on game. Thank you

I am at level 250, and so far, this game plays very smoothly. Lots of interesting variations on match 3, some variation in difficulty, and an intriguing back story keep my interest. I’ve made one purchase and will doubtless make more—I consider it a tip for all the fun and pleasure this game offers.
Lots of ads, only half put out

Great game for training your brain to discover patterns, and the patterns change from level t level But the offer free plays or bonus moves fo watching videos. But they have had a long standing (like nearly a year) problem of putting up videos that don’t deliver the promised reward. Sometimes it’s random, but other times, like the last six weeks, it has been over half the videos that don’t return the promise. And they don’t respond to their support email. Thus a 5-Star game ranks 2 stars.

I love this game. I’m on level 1585 and I’ve never had to purchase anything. Just waiting on the update for new levels ?

It seems that in order to win you need to buy helps. Then you watch the videos to get extra helps or lives only to get a message after the video stating your video has been canceled. Then you get NOTHING. There are several levels that you finish the level with moves left and you still don’t get 3 stars. No matter how many times you try to get all three stars. I really enjoy playing this game, but maybe it’s time to find a new one. Tired of being frustrated with this one. I play to relax and unwind, but that isn’t happening any more.
