What happen , I was on level 1062 and and it’s all gone , I re down loaded , I am on level one , my I phone has not been able to log in for weeks for Mystery Match, Can you restore my progress, Cathy Clowdus

I have played this game for years, and it’s NOT worth your time. The amount of spam that you have to click through just to play the game from the start is just absurd, not to mention the gameplay. The levels are not balanced. You will randomly get a near impossible level (unless you get lucky with the board you’re dealt or whatever else luck you can get). Then after that near impossible level you will get around 3-7 levels that seem like child’s play. The near impossible levels are unfair and no skill is involved. This game needs to create levels that are hard AS WELL AS winnable by actually knowing how to play this type of game, not just luck. Another trash aspect of this game is how many times I’ve been a couple moves away from winning, and the random gems that fall from the top of the board after making a match will not adhere to what I need to win, but when I’m getting “lucky” it’ll just throw whatever I need when I don’t ‘need’ it. Trashy programming on the devs end and I’m upset I wasted my time for so long with this one. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I’ve played this game for a couple years. My issue, it can take me months + to finish one game. Is it really necessary to have each game be so difficult to finish??? My frustration gets to me so I play other games that I can finish every once in awhile.

Just recently game play is interrupted with add for a came with a figure at a graveside. This is not appropriate and incredibly insensitive at this time. People are dying and there isn’t enough space in cemeteries.

I have been playing this game for years. I am on level 2,237. I have played this game alone, with no friends or help for this entire time. I have never experienced the problems that I have read about. I have only ever experienced generosity from this game. For me every weekend they have unlimited play. Normally it is only 5 lives, which can be added to by sometimes watching an ad. I love the challenging levels, sometimes I have to play the same level quite a few times, but eventually I beat it, without help. To be honest, it has a back story I stopped following because I thought it was silly, but it is easy to bypass. I definitely don’t have trouble with any ads! I play without friends not by choice, but because no one else on my social media plays. I have friends listed but they don’t play. I have spent money on this game for extra help, but they are, in my opinion, very generous with giving play time. It is my go-to game. Today is a Wednesday and they have given unlimited lives for 24 hours! No complaints here, just fun!!

I have been playing this for quite some time but if you constantly add dumb things I need to click away before I can start playing each time, I will lose interest. Today I hit PLAY only to be confronted by the following: send lives, mystery league, golden cameos and piggy bank. Knock it off! Just let me play the game when I want to!!

Let’s be fair about this you can give up the coin thing and not hit us as hard games fun but you know how much money you would have to spend and that’s not people are going to drop off you don’t want that you want to stay employed while going to have to give up a little keep game going people are going to get tired of it so give a little and you’ll get a lot more
