I used to love this game. I’ve spent amount of 25$ monthly until summer of 2017. I wish the game developers would invest time in improving and upgrading this once great entertaining game. Please listen to your players, there are many unhappy fans. If you are going to discontinue this game, just do it and stop the unanswered questions.

Promises, promises, promises, that is all you will receive from the game maker. The game has had no updates in 6 months, games issues not resolved and old events recycled. It’s not fun anymore and in-game currency offers are outrageously expensive. The company’s customer service approach and response time is awful. Longtime players have tried to work with the company to make significant changes, to no avail. So, find another game and avoid the hassles and pain that this game will eventually give you. Signed, Been a Player since the beginning of the game.

This used to be a great game. Game is so slow during quests, no updates, no new rooms, expensive to play, and not much to recommend it anymore.

Love this game. To be honest, I originally gave this game 5 stars to receive the bonus offered for a 5 star rating. Now that I have played for awhile I can honestly say that I'm totally hooked on this game. It does require a lot of self control and patience if you are determined not to spend real $$s and to try to earn your rewards and progress. UPDATE TO REVIEW I used to love this game and played way more than was probably healthy? Now the only thing keeping me playing are the wonderful friends from around the World that I’ve met playing. Its fun to talk to people from all over??The game has become boring and impossible to play successfully without dishing out more $$s than I’m willing to spend on a game. I keep hoping for some improvement but so far nothing??
Fun with many new levels

Fun to play with each level growing in difficulty. Many new levels to play after gaining experience. Wish you didn't run out of energy so quickly, otherwise I would play more often. Some new levels difficult to unlock, would need many friends to send you things to unlock faster I guess.

7Aug17- I received a response from the developer a day after my review. I was prepared to be impressed, since I haven't seen that before. But... it was one sentence. It said "We can't hide reviews". Well I'm disappointed that that's all I got from them. Of course Apple could hide reviews, and might if people were motivated to stop downloading or playing a game. I'm sorry Game Insight doesn't care about the issues that cause people to stop playing. 8/6/17 As I look at the title and description here on the App Store It shows nine (9) reviews. A game that has been active for over 5 years, with thousands of players in countries around the world and really...nine? What are they trying to hide? It's getting more and more expensive as time goes by, and almost impossible to complete quests and collections that were not so difficult before. This is my 3rd iPad, I do remember. It's fun until you run out of the diamonds they start you off with, then frustration is the name of this game.
