I have previously successfully used this app on my iPhone, but have not used the app in awhile. Tried to use it today and it crashes every single time I try to use it....

I was asked to check out this app through Bzzagent. I must say that I was pretty impressed with the results of the " try before you buy" gimmick. I think that it's a cool concept and it actually works. I also like the feature to touch up areas the photo might not realize is your hair so you don't get half results of what the color would look like. I'm glad I checked this out, because I realized I should never ever go blonde! Haha

Fun way to try out hair color without the commitment.

I'm reviewing this app for bzzagent. This was a lot of fun. You start by uploading or taking a picture of yourself within the app. Make sure the background is plain and a light color and the lighting is bright. Then you can edit where the color is shown on the screen; use your finger to draw an outline. Next, flip through all shades and try them on. You can save the shades you like, ask Clairol to help you choose a color, chat with an expert and, if you're at the store, scan the box and see how the color will look before you buy. I liked Chocolate Brown within the app so I gave it a try. I really like the results. The actual color is a little darker than in the app but it's not too far off. I definitely recommend trying this app before committing to a color.

I tried this as part of a promotion from the Brand. I was excited to try the App, since I've been considering dying my hair, but I was a little disappointed. It is definitely easy to use and it does help to see yourself with a different hair color before actually doing it. However, I felt like the colors are not really true, they look weird. Especially the bright ones on my dark hair. And also, I felt like there were not that many options to choose from and it only offers single color options. What about highlights/lowlights or even ombré style? I'd try it again if they expanded it a little bit more. I like the option to scan a code. At least that way you can maybe see a color on you that's not in the app and expand the options a little.

Trying a hair color app sounds crazy but this was GREAT! Easy to download but just put in MyShade. I kept adding Clairol and that didn't work. Once you download easy and I'm not good at apps or new phone things. If I can do this anyone can. I've wondered about changing colors and now I know what will work without being scared of the what if. My daughter loves this as well and shared with her friends.

The hair colors look really natural when trying on. There are some nice colors, want to try a red shade for me.
