I've sent their support people numerous emails on slope & ratings changes at my local. Still waiting for any response from them. I'm getting the feeling this has become an abandoned app and I will not be renewing with them when my current subscription expires.

I just played wicomico shores in Maryland, come home to put the score in and it says no course found, so I typed in Swan point and it won’t locate that course either. Now I hit map and it says no courses near me when there are 2 of them 20 mikes away. The map won’t even let me expand out to locate the course I played

Not sure how to rate an app when it won’t create a profile

Have used the app for a few years now and it works great. Just got a new Apple Watch 5 and the watch app keeps disappearing from it. I have downloaded it to my watch 3 times in the last month and then it goes away.

I downloaded the app for my new Apple Watch 5 and it locks in sync mode and then deletes from my phone.

This app does it all. From simply saving rounds of golf as memories to providing very stat that could help your game. Provides an accepted handicap, sets up the clubs that allow it to be accepted, and has the best list of courses I have seen. Wow! Very happy to have found this.

I’ve been using the MyScorecard app for several years. In fact, I started the golf club that I am still a member, and got it accredited with the USGA. I have recorded almost 700 rounds to date. My point - I think the app is great. I recently started using the watch app. Maybe it’s user error, but when I submit a round, it doesn’t submit. If I go into my phone and tap “sync” for the watch, it doesn’t sync plus I lose that round’s data. Frustrating. Am I doing something wrong? My other issue with the watch app is probably more the watch then the app. Several times during every hole, I have to click back into the app to get my distance from the green. That is time consuming and really frustrating. Again, maybe it’s me or the Apple Watch. I’m open for suggestions. Update: ok, I resolved the display issue - that was a setting on my watch. However, I’ve gone back to my Garmin for gps (handier than the phone), and I quit trying to use the watch app for score keeping. The watch app seems to work ok, but it won’t submit scores and won’t sync to the watch. That’s certainly no use to me. I want my data submitted. I will continue using my iPhone to keep my score, but it kind of defeats the purpose of the watch app, doesn’t it? 2nd Update: I finally had the watch sync (for the first time) with my phone and submitted the score. Now, I need help clearing the data from my watch. I used the watch app the next day, and all the hole scores from the previous round were still on the watch. I had to go through the 18 holes and set each one back to zero. There must’ve a way to clear out that round. Anyone out there want to help me out here? Thanks.

Been a user for many years now and always loved the app. Got the watch app to replace my Garmin but will be switching back. Sync issues, lost scores, no ability to find The Old Course in St Andrews while I’m standing on it, app shuts off on watch between each stroke, it’s ridiculous! Customer service non-existent. Have sent 3 emails to try and get watch app working with no response. Enjoy the app, but put the watch app money towards a real golf watch!
