Cannot log into my account. The user id password prompt goes into a perpetual loop.

App is fine but works so slow I'd rather take the time to get out my laptop, start it up, and sign on there. Also function-ability is awful.

Just installed and when I sign in it keeps signing me out and prompting to sign back in. I thought the website with frustrating with pages not loading so I tried the app but it's even worse.

This is the perfect app if you don't want to see up to the minute data usage... or see anything regarding your account, frankly. IF I manage to navigate to the section that shows my account information/ data usage (which crashes about 95% of the time), it shows out of date information. It shows that I have data remaining when, in fact, I have already gone over half a gig! And now I'm stuck with the overage cost. Thanks, Rogers for this POS app. I guess I'll just have to visit your website. Too bad that shows out of date information too. But at least it doesn't crash :/
Same old broken - 1.5 years now

16th update and app is still broken. This is NOT a profile issue (despite what the app developers claim). I can login to my account on rogers.com no problem at all. The website, Rogers.com has been working for over 2 yrs and In fact it is the only way I have been able to manage my account because this app does not let you log in. Take a look at all the other reviews of the rogers app and you'll see multiple reports of the same login issue from many other customers. 16th update in a row since app has been broken (going on 1.5 years)....Again app is still broken and login issue still not fixed. App is useless as you cannot log in. Login screen accepts login, goes to "bouncing bars" like it is loading your account info and then after a few seconds throws you back to the login again. Has been over a year that this has been broken. I don't know why I keep expecting these updates to fix anything. Disappointed again.

Designed only for the iPhone, will not rotate for the tablet. Provides minimal information. I tried to find out my data usage for last month, not available. Navigation is confusing and, to my eyes, poorly designed. This app was not ready for release. I don’t see any reason to keep this on my ipad and am uninstalling it. I wanted an app like this for my ipad and iphone, because checking data usage is important to me. But I need something that is more useful than irritating.
