I am new to the app. But so far I am pleased. No more waiting in the kiosk line. The Red Hawk app is like having your own personal kiosk in your hand. I will write more as I learn more.

Been AT redhawk for the last three hours and have tried to claim drawing tickets on the app, etc, about ten times now in different locations and it keeps telling me I'm not here. Other websites and apps are working just fine. Thunder valley, Jackson and cacshe creek are all way better. I get more at thunder valley as a non VIP in free play than I do at redhawk as a VIP. Oh but a host comes and says "hi" to me when I'm here so woohoo, that's just worth a ton. What a joke this place is and this app is pointless.

Would not let me claim any of my offers, even though I am literally writing this review from the casino floor. Turned on location services, and everything else they requested. Just no good. Do not download.
