Widget and app errors …

Have contacted support several times (premium subscriber) here and via email. No replies. This would be a 5* app if the issues I reported were corrected. Since support will not respond to requests from premium subscriber I am rating 1* Widget often won’t connect at all. Other times widget reports data that is not for the current location (despite being set to current location). Label on temperature graph °C and data is °F.

The last update has been a problem. It freezes when loading or won’t load and the screen format changes are not good.

Really good app, very accurate and customizable, I especially like the earth view and the ISS orbit, as well as the hourly and the week ahead graphs. I’m not a fan of the 5 day temperature forecast with color coded bars, they’re confusing. I personally prefer graphs. I’d just make the week ahead graph bigger and show in there all the parameters from the 5 day detailed forecast.

The best radar app for years, recently the radar loads very slowly.

It never works anymore. On iPhone XR works maybe ever other time. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Bummer. I sent them videos of 1/2 loaded screens, inaccurate weather. They can recreate it. So sad I loved this app.
