This app is easy to you and open wherever you are and need to know the weather. Very accurate!

Because the developers didn’t try to clog it up with a million features, the app is simple to use. About the only feature request I can imagine is that I’d like to be able to drag the timeline and watch a storm move, rather than always have it on auto-play.
