Great App

Love being able schedule and meet with my doctor virtually through app. Has really helped to make it easy to see my doctor when my schedule makes it tough to get to his office in person
Cannot pay bill

The app offers an option to pay bills through the app but I keep getting a notification that it needs to be updated to support paying bills securely. My app is up to date so it must be on the developers end. Please fix this because it would be great not to avoid the merrygoround of signing into apps and then browsers. I just want to pay my bills.

This app is very slow to load any screen like it will lock my phone it takes so long. The full site is like that too. Was surprised this had a good rating
Needs much improvements

Its basically a web app. You cant have your information within the app. Basically the app is useless because doesn't work like a real app. Needs ton of improvements please make it work!
Just the web site

All this app does is a shortcut to the web site,and at that I get a notice that my browser is out of date (I’m o the most recent iOS). Does not allow user ID and password to be saved, no ability to use touch/finger print. Not sure how this app gets a 4.3 when it’s so bad. I’m getting off just putting a shortcut on my home screen.
Web wrapper

This app is just a wrapper around a web browser. This needs to be native and using iOS features like Face ID to access.

This app does not support the new version in ios 12.3 Safari on my ipad. I have too use the web.

I can see the potential of this app, but haven’t been able to quite figure it out, largely due to not having the option to login with Touch ID, and by the time I figure out my password I don’t feel like exploring the app anymore.
