Can’t share photos

All of a sudden I can’t share photos out of MyPics and the developer website has no help in English. I am pretty unhappy.

Hello I have an in-App purchase and I upgraded my iPhone from 7 plus to iPhone X an My Pics App that I purchased is not working and I can’t see my pictures. How can someone HELP ME with this problem. I had important pictures can someone Please Help ASAP Dated 02/24/2018

I am very happy with the app as I use it to catalog song tabs to use on my iPad for our band Quarterway. Makes it very easy to organize of shows. Van Redin
Unable to restore purchase

Purchased this on my iPhone and cannot restore the purchase on my iPad as expected. Maybe the next update will fix this.

Hours of work lost

Very upset. After updating the app all of my photos are out of order. Hours of work lost. I have the paid version.
Better than the Photos app

Far more user-friendly and I’ve never had a problem with it (unlike the Photos app)
