myParties is an app for all events.
myParties is an event planner. It allows you to organize parties, schedule times, make invitations, and even organize those bills no-one wants to get in a muddle with.
It has the ability to track multiple parties (weddings, birthdays, baptisms, engagements, meetings etc) at a time.


Features included:
1. Home
- Countdowns for each party;
- Select a color for each party and change the whole application look;
- Add photo album with comments for each party;
- Add Menus per Party
- See/search photos from all parties;
- Hear/search voice notes from all parties;
- View events and appointments in calendar mode; Add party dates, appointment dates and task dates to Calendar App;
- Add invitations to groups;

2. Invitations:
- Generate invitations using groups;
- Add guests from Contacts, from other Party or manually;
- View guest in Contacts application; call or send email;
- Group related guests in the same invitation;
- Select guests type: man, woman, boy or girl;
- Add an unlimited number of additional guests;
- Keep track of the invitations sent, RSPV Received and Response(Accepted/Decline);
- Assign guests to tables;
- Assign guests to menus;
- Summary of your invitations;
- Summary of all guests and attending guests, grouped by type (total number of men, women, boys and girls invited);
- Send by email your list of guests (in a format compatible with Excel or in message body) or summary info;
- Send emails to all party guests/to attending party guests or to groups only;

3.Tasks/Lists:
- Add scheduled tasks or lists
- Manage status for each Task - In progress / Done;
- Task prioritization - High/Medium/Low;
- Add/remove task budget to/from the cost screen;
- Assign an unlimited number of vendors to each Task;
- Schedule appointments for each vendor;
- Keep track of the vendors selected for collaboration;
- Send by email Task List (in a format compatible with Excel or in message body).

4. Costs:
- For each cost you can setup: a description, estimated amount, actual cost and advance payment(acconto).
The due to be paid amount will be calculated automatically;
- Summary of Total Costs and Costs per (attending) guest, split in sections: estimated, actual costs, payment in advance and due to pay.
- Send my email Cost List (in a format compatible with Excel or in message body);

5. Tables assignment:
- Set the number of available seats for each table;
- Assign guests to tables;
- Keep track of total number of guest assigned (reserved seats).
- Send by email Table List(in a format compatible with Excel or in message body).

Terrible app
mom who loves to plan parties

I saw a few positive reviews so I decided to try it out and that was a mistake. Waste of time! No real way to plan a party! It’s just a weird app! I’m unsure why anyone would think this was useful!! If it let you rate 0 stars I would!


What a waste!

Won’t let you sort guests even after making the lists for each. Kicked me out of the app twice in five minutes. Only had one full page ad, which was nice. But that was the only good thing, really.

This app wasted a lot of my time

It's not intuitive at all - couldn't figure out how to create categorized guest list even though its clearly an option - after manually entering over 40 guests couldn't add or combine - and if that wasn't frustrating enough it froze several times - deleting and moving on
